Start with one verse
If you only take one thing from this page, take this. It was the most-read verse in the YouVersion Bible App in 2025, which tells you how many people are carrying fear right now. You are not the only one.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
And when you don’t know what to do with your worry, Paul gives a simple next step: turn it into a prayer, with thanks.
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

When you need more than a printable
Prayer and Scripture are real help, and so are doctors, counselors and pastors. Using one does not mean you lack faith in the other. If anxiety is keeping you from sleeping, eating, working or enjoying the people you love, please talk to your doctor or a licensed counselor, and let a pastor or trusted friend walk with you.
If you are in crisis or thinking about ending your life, please call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US) or contact local emergency services now. You are not a burden, and you do not have to carry this alone.
