You acknowledge that:

- AI-generated content may not always reflect official Christian doctrine or the beliefs of every denomination.
- You are responsible for evaluating any information provided.
LiveHim makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated responses.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through:
- Apple App Store
- Google Play Store
Subscription management, billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
Pricing may change in the future. Any changes will apply prospectively and in accordance with applicable platform rules.
9. Intellectual Property
The Services, including but not limited to:
- App design
- Branding
- Logos
- Graphics
- Software
- Text
- Devotional content
- AI prompts and systems
are owned by LiveHim LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- We believe your use poses a risk to users or the Services
- We discontinue the Services
You may stop using the Services at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEHIM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEHIM LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, AND PARTNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:
- USE OF THE SERVICES
- INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES
- AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- USER CONTENT
- DATA LOSS
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- $100 USD
- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIVEHIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LiveHim LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable law
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the Services and will become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
