Faith is defined as complete trust or confidence in someone or something. When we have faith in Jesus, we trust in Him completely. A question of faith is something all Christians will face. When going through these times, it is important to focus on God and His word, rather than worldly things. During these times of struggling with faith, many things can be learned.
Here are a five (5) Bible verses for when you are struggling with Faith.
- John 7:38 (NIV)
“Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.”
- Romans 10:17 (NIV) *******
“Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.”
- Hebrews 11:6 (NIV)
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
- Mark 11:22-24 (NIV)
“Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
- James 1:5-6 (NIV)
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
Keep your head up on God. Remember, Jesus loves you, so do I.
